where light, movement & insight meet
John O’Donohue
You may find yourself at a moment of change - in your work, your life, or how you make sense of yourself and the world. Something no longer fits, or is asking to be met with more honesty and depth.
If you're looking for a more grounded way to move through this, you're in the right place.
I work with people who want to live and work with greater authenticity and steadiness. Together, we create space to pause, notice more, and listen differently. You are at the centre of the process. With nature as a co-facilitator, we slow things down and allow new ways of being to emerge, in their own time.
This work often resonates with people who are reflective, thoughtful, or quietly navigating change, whether that's mid-life, mid-career, or simply a sense that something is shifting.
"Su is an excellent coach, both sensitive and intuitive. She helped me to switch a light on inside, at a time when I very much needed to see. I am no longer bumping blindly into mental obstacles blocking my way, they are dissolving in the light". Jane, MA Student
Your coaching journey begins with being seen as a whole person, not just what brings you to coaching, but all of who you are.
Integral coaching works with the whole of you: how you think, feel, relate, and move through the world. It’s developmental in nature, with the aim of helping you to become more skilled, self-aware, and alive in your life.
We work together in relationship, through conversation, practices, reflection, observation, and discovery. The work is tailored to you, your situation, and what wants to unfold.
This isn’t about setting goals in the usual way. It’s about transformation, discovering a deeper way of being that allows you to show up more fully in your work and life.
In nature, there’s an openness that welcomes us back to what’s real.
When we invite nature into our coaching work, whether you’re walking in your own landscape while we talk or between our conversations, or we’re meeting in person in wonderful West Yorkshire – something shifts. Deepens. Space opens up and insight arrives differently.
Nature becomes a co-facilitator in the work, grounding, guiding, and revealing what wants to unfold.
How we work
We step into conversation in-person in West Yorkshire, walk together, sit, observe, listen. Notice how inner and outer landscapes blend, how insights arise.
We can work online while you’re in your natural surroundings and bring found objects – a leaf, a stone, a piece of moss – into our virtual conversations. Nature continues to work with you between sessions.
I’ve always been curious, about people, about change, and about what sits beneath the surface of our lives.
That curiosity has shaped how I live and how I coach. I often find myself at the edge of change, where things feel unclear but full of possibility. Spending time in nature helps bring shape to that experience, allowing insight, language, and understanding to emerge more naturally.
My work as an integral development coach has grown from a varied background across health, education, arts, and community settings, alongside academic study in literature, adult education, management, and creative writing. These experiences continue to inform how I listen, relate, and work with the whole person.
I began coaching in Cornwall, close to the sea and shifting landscapes. Now based in West Yorkshire, I work in connection with the natural environment, walking, observing, and reflecting alongside clients as part of the coaching process.

Integral coaching is not separate from life for me, it is part of an ongoing conversation with it. A way of working that recognises we are always evolving, always in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Alongside coaching, I write, read, photograph, and explore the creative process as a way of understanding how we grow and change. I’m also a parent, and someone who values depth, presence, and living with authenticity.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention, to support people in living more fully, with greater awareness, steadiness, and connection in this one, precious life.
